About the Author

Dr. Dan Lawrence received his PhD in rhetoric & technical communication with a specialization in digital media theory from Michigan Technological University in 2014, and a BA in English from Northern Michigan University in 2010. Dr. Lawrence is a faculty member of the Department of Writing, Language, and Literature at the University of Wisconsin—Superior in Superior, WI (United States).
